Chelsea's (Donna-Marie Leask) exceedingly awkward introduction of Bill (Bob Skinley) to her parents late one evening.
The play focused on the evolving relationship between Norman (Andy Long) and teenager Billy (Reece Paul) and which was so successful Norman's language was "never the same again".
There were some wonderful touching moments between Ethel (Christine Geldard) and Norman (Andy Long) which Austin has so wonderfully captured.
