We were all delighted to be back in the Garrison Theatre at the weekend for a choreography marathon!
Diane Legget has been our choreographer for many years but now lives outwith Shetland. However we had the opportunity of a full weekend working with her on all the main songs within the panto during a visit to Shetland.
There have been many emails and phone calls between Director/Producer Jennie and Diane in order to ensure that the weekend ran smoothly.
Everyone had to work very hard - Principals and Chorus!
Much concentration was required given that everything was being choreographed over a very short period rather than a couple of songs each week during rehearsal time.
We were very lucky to have our pianist Amy Laurenson with us which enabled small changes to be made instantly to timing and length of introductions ......
Stage Manager Doreen kept a keen eye on moves!
And looking good on the console screen.
A HUGE thank you to Diane for spending the weekend with us and designing all the choreography.
And also to Amy for her patience and her fabulous musical support.
