Behind The Scenes - Fallen Angels (Stage Setting)

We have now finished a very successful run of Fallen Angels to very appreciative audiences and so we thought we would share some "behind the scenes" photos and details in order to show just how much goes on to put a play onto the stage.

First up is the stage setting - getting the furniture right is absolutely critical for a period play and we were absolutely thrilled when the Bargain Centre in Lerwick lent us a fabulous leather Chesterfield Chair and Sofa.

Thanks also go to members Annette Smith and Doreen Gray for the loan of tables, chairs and other items of furniture.

Jean managed to get hold of this wonderful vintage telephone
on Ebay.

Members also donated a lot of period glassware, crockery and cutlery, but more about that in another post about the food!

Lots more behind the scenes to follow!
